Walking with Purpose Leads Girls to Christ

Walking with Purpose is on mission to help all Catholic women and girls encounter Jesus Christ personally by teaching them to read Scripture and apply it to their everyday lives through Bible study. This encounter is accelerated when it is experienced in small group communities.

We developed our BLAZE and Sisters of Strength programs for pre-teen, teen, and high school girls to meet them where they are, develop a meaningful community, and walk them into the truths revealed through Scripture. These flexible programs can be structured to fit the unique needs of a leader and her community. By using BLAZE or Sisters of Strength resources, a leader can create a safe space for girls to bring their questions, receive unconditional love, and discover God’s purpose for their lives.

Some of our dynamic leaders include Catholic school principals, moms, religion teachers, directors of religious education, youth ministers, or school counselors.

Will you help us identify leaders? Refer a leader for our next generation of world changers.

What are girls saying?

Pink Circle Quote
Being a part of an SOS group is like being a part of a family...We learn alongside girls who have become my friends by asking questions and hearing different perspectives. By having strong bonds with girls in the group, it encourages me to have a strong bond with Jesus.
– Olivia, Sisters of Strength Participant
Green Circle Quote
I really love Sisters of Strength because it is one of the only places I have to be able to discuss my faith and how that fits into my life. By being able to connect with girls who all have similar values, it allows me to be able to share my thoughts in a way that I can’t with many of my other friends.
– Carolyn, Sisters of Strength Participant

What are leaders saying?

Pink Circle Quote
I am in awe of how when truth and goodness is presented to young women that they cannot help being drawn in and curious. They come back week after week with thoughtful questions and leave with hearts that are being molded by the Lord.
– Samantha, Sisters of Strength Leader

BLAZE survey results

We are regaining the hearts of our girls, and the transformation is real. Our BLAZE participant and parent survey results from last year confirm it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who should I refer?
BLAZE and Sisters of Strength programs thrive when led by an adult who desires to mentor girls. This could be a Catholic school principal, dynamic mom, religion teacher (or any teacher!), director of religious education, youth minister, school counselor, or another adult you know.
What happens after I refer someone?
Once you submit the form to refer a leader, our youth program manager will contact the candidate with next steps. She will also email you to confirm your submission was received.
