Hello, my friend!

If you long for a place where the mask can drop and you can be real, come on over. I'm Lisa—a wife, a mom, and the founder of Walking with Purpose, and I know like you do that life gets messy, even when we're desperately trying to do the right thing. And that's what grace is all about. We aren't enough, and just when we think that's the end of the story, Jesus shows up and fills in the gaps. You are welcome here, and we encourage you to share the content most meaningful to you.
With gratitude,
Lisa Brenninkmeyer

Founder & Chief Purpose Officer
Walking with Purpose
Lisa Brenninkmeyer
After hearing story after story of women looking for a safe place to ask questions about faith and needing a way to refuel, she decided to do something to bring change. The result of her holy discontent is Walking with Purpose. Lisa is crazy about women, loves Christ passionately, and thinks the most exciting thing in the world is to connect the former with the latter. Lisa holds a B.A. in psychology from St. Olaf College; she and her husband Leo have seven children and reside in St. Augustine, Florida. Even if she manages to get everyone to smile for the annual Christmas card photo, be assured, there's often sticky juice residue on the kitchen floor and an empty toilet roll in the bathroom.
Laura Phelps

Laura Phelps has a steady coffee date with Jesus every morning before the sun rises, and fully admits to a serious chips and salsa addiction. If she's not in her filthy minivan, or doing the laundry, you can find her writing at her personal blog www.lauramaryphelps.com or speaking about her book, Victorious Secret: Everyday Battles And How To Win Them. She lives with her husband Nick, four children, and nine pets (Lord have mercy) in Newtown, CT.

Mallory Smyth
Mallory Smyth is a content creator for Walking with Purpose. A proud LSU Tiger, Mallory grew up around the bayous of South Louisiana, yet, no one knows why she doesn’t have a Cajun accent. She lives in Denver, Colorado, with her husband and four daughters. Her dream is to see her generation set ablaze with love for the God who loved them first.

Kristy Malik
Kristy Malik is a beloved daughter of the King who is constantly learning what that looks and feels like in real life. She is always ready for an authentic, deep discussion about anything religious, philosophical, or political, much to the chagrin of her light hearted and funny musician husband. Together, they are growing gray too quickly raising their five children, ages toddler to teen, in the suburbs of Washington, DC.
Caitlin Bean
Caitlin Bean is the ministry growth communication & outreach coordinator for Walking with Purpose. She lives in North Carolina with her husband and daughter (although she's "from" New Hampshire). Caitlin earned a master's in theology from the University of Notre Dame. Through her writing, she strives to share the gift of the Catholic faith, how great our God is, and how loved you are.
Jeannine Yousif
Jeannine Yousif is a WWP ministry coach, as well as a volunteer coordinator for her own parish, St. Joseph in Downingtown, PA. Wife, mother of three, runner, and avid history buff, she proudly knows and sings every single line to the Broadway show, Hamilton (much to her children's deep chagrin). She believes every woman desires to be seen, known, and loved by the Creator of her soul; that every woman holds in her heart a story of redemption.

Jodi Dauses
Jodi Dauses lives on a small Maryland homestead with her husband D.J. and their four children. Growing up in a strong evangelical family, God called Jodi into the Catholic Church over fourteen years ago, and Jodi's friendship with Lisa Brenninkmeyer (founder of Walking with Purpose) played a critical part in her conversion. Jodi worked for several years as a WWP regional area coordinator. She now serves as a WWP speaking ambassador sharing the story of God's saving love with women around the country.
