1. Where do I find myself in the "Land Between" today?
   Is there an unanswered prayer, a painful waiting, or an uncertain future where God is inviting me to trust Him? As you pray, ask the Lord to reveal whether your heart has been moving toward lament that keeps you close to Him—or complaint that is quietly pulling you away.
2. What burden am I still carrying with clenched fists?
   Spend a few moments picturing yourself opening your hands before the Lord. What is He inviting you to release into His care today? Ask Him for the grace to trust His character, even when you cannot understand His timing.
