Our Unique Approach to Evangelization
When a woman comes to Walking with Purpose for the first time, we don’t know her background. We don’t know if she’s been hurt by the Church, if she’s seen hypocrisy and a lack of authenticity among the Christians she knows. We don’t know what baggage she carries. She may feel overwhelmed and overworked. She may have been betrayed by women in the past. There is much we don’t know, but what we do know is this.
She needs community.
She needs love.
She needs a safe place to grow spiritually.
When we evangelize with love—that’s what we provide.

Would you rather lead a group in a home or in your parish? There’s no right or wrong—it’s just a matter of thinking through the needs and preferences of the women you would like to invite.

[…] when that moment arrived, Thomas, like the others, fled. And when the risen Jesus appeared to the disciples, Thomas wasn’t present. So when they shared the good news with him, Thomas didn’t just resist—it almost seemed as if he couldn’t allow himself to believe it. “Unless I see the mark of the nails … […]

Jesus calls us to be stonecatchers: to advocate for grace, compassion, and mercy instead of punishment and death. “For God so loved the world, that he sent His only Son” (John 3:16). Jesus freely chose to stoop down from His heavenly seat to this world, where each and every one […]

[…] pretty much bet that anything that comes out of the mouth of Jesus is not going to align with what comes out of the mouth of the world. Dig Deeper into Sunday’s Gospel: Read John 15:1–8 At the beginning of Lent, I shared how I’d been praying with the question, “In prayer, are you achieving or are you receiving?” It was a question that began to reveal to me areas of perfectionism and a performance-driven prayer.
