How do I return or exchange an item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for Study Guides, DVDs only. The items must be unused and in resalable condition.  The Discussion Guide - Walking With Purpose: Seven Priorities That Make Life Work is not returnable or refundable.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
  • A $5.95 restocking fee is charged for each returned item.
  • If you’d like to return an item, you must send an email to support@walkingwithpurpose.com. We will then email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form and link to a shipping label with the fulfillment center address. Returns without the RMA form and system generated return label cannot be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges for returned items. Instead, return the unwanted item for a refund according to the above requirements and then make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds are processed when the returned item is accepted back into the fulfillment warehouse and our inventory.

How do I purchase an item as a gift?

If you would like to order a specific WWP study guide or other item as a gift, you can set a different "ship to" address from your "bill to" address, allowing you to pay for the gift and have it delivered to another address. We also offer Walking with Purpose gift cards in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 which are delivered via email with redemption instructions at checkout and do not incur any additional processing fees.

Can I place an order and be billed at a future date?

Our online store requires payment when the order is placed. We accept multiple forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards on a secure site.

How do I edit or cancel an order I have placed?

Walking with Purpose employs a fully automated ordering and fulfillment process. We cannot, therefore, edit or cancel orders once they have been submitted.

Where is my order?

It takes 1-3 business days to process an order. Orders ship according to the shipping preference selected during checkout. Options include Standard, Expedited, and Priority shipping. Not all shipping options are available for all destinations. Shipping speeds and availability are listed below:

Hawaii, Alaska, Military APO/FPO: 2-4 weeks

International: 4-6 weeks

Expedited Shipping:

Please note:

  • Orders shipping to a PO Box address must be sent via Standard shipping. Selecting Expedited or Priority shipping to a PO Box will cause a delay in processing, shipping, and delivery.
  • All orders shipped outside the Continental US, including APO/FPO orders, can only be shipped via Standard shipping. Selecting Expedited or Priority shipping to these locations will cause a delay in processing, shipping, and delivery.
  • In order to optimize delivery speed, orders of multiple items may be shipped in more than one package.

What should I do if I receive a defective study guide, DVD?

We are very sorry that defective material was shipped to you. Please contact support@walkingwithpurpose.com immediately if you receive defective material. Please include your order number and an explanation of the situation in your email. For defective or damaged study guides, please also provide the following photographs:

  • Photograph of the damaged/defective item,
  • Photograph of the damaged packaging (if applicable), and
  • Photograph of the packing slip included with your shipment.

A replacement item will be shipped out to you as soon as possible.

How long will it take for my refund to appear on my credit/debit card statement?

It typically takes 7-10 business days for a refund to appear but may take up to the next billing cycle. The time varies according to the rules of your credit card provider.

The MAXIMUM WEIGHT for international orders is 15 lbs. If your order weighs more than 15 lbs., please split your order into multiple orders. Click here for a chart with the maximum number of items per order.

We do ship to U.S. military bases as those are considered Domestic shipping.

We are currently unable to ship to other countries due to country import restrictions. If you are in a country not listed above, please purchase the course materials directly from Amazon.com at the links below. Unfortunately, due to the aforementioned import restrictions, Canadians may not purchase books (including WWP study guides) from Amazon.com.

Tax Exempt Parishes

Products in the WWP online store are subject to sales tax at time of purchase. Parishes or individuals who purchase on behalf of a tax-exempt parish can request a sales tax refund within 30 days of purchase. Please forward the order confirmation email with a scanned copy of parish's state sales tax exemption certificate to support@walkingwithpurpose.com. Refunds will be issued following a review and approval of the request. Please note that the review and approval process will take up to 5 business days.

WWP will keep on file a copy of the state sales tax exemptions for future orders from the parish, provided the orders are placed by the same individual. If the purchaser changes, we will require that a copy of the state sales tax exemption certificate be re-submitted for review and approval in order for us to comply with varying state requirements.

Bulk Orders

Due to shipping carriers' weight restrictions, we are unable to process orders that weigh more than 150 lbs. for US domestic orders and 15 lbs. for international orders.
