How do I order?

Orders are placed through our secure Walking with Purpose online store.  We accept multiple forms of payment including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit cards on our secure site. We are unable to accept orders or payments by phone, invoice, or purchase order.

Ordering Blaze Kits

All orders that include a Blaze Kit (1 kit or 5 kit options) must select UPS ground shipping during the checkout process.  Selection of any other shipping method will result in the order being cancelled in full and refunded. Please select UPS Ground shipping for orders containing Blaze kits.

Blaze kits can only be shipped via UPS Ground to US shipping addresses.  Canadian customers can order Blaze Kits via Loaves & Fishes Book & Church Supply Ltd via phone at 1-800 663-4840 or 250-868-8933.  

How do I purchase an item as a gift?

If you would like to order a specific WWP study guide or other item as a gift, you can set a different "ship to" address from your "bill to" address, allowing you to pay for the gift and have it delivered to another address. We also offer Walking with Purpose gift cards in denominations of $25, $50 and $100 which are delivered via email with redemption instructions at checkout and do not incur any additional processing fees.

Are discounts available for bulk orders?

Walking with Purpose is a small but swiftly growing non-profit organization whose mission is to transform the hearts and lives of women by providing Bible studies that enable women to know Christ through Scripture and the teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.  We aim to produce high quality, beautiful materials that are updated yearly, and are committed to keeping costs low enough to remain accessible to everyone. To that end, we are unable to offer bulk rate or others discounts on our materials at this time.

How do I edit or cancel an order I have placed?

Walking with Purpose employs a fully automated ordering and fulfillment process. We cannot, therefore, edit or cancel orders once they have been submitted.

When can I expect my order?

It takes 1-3 business days to process orders of Bible study guides, DVD sets, and Blaze books.  

Blaze Year One Kits (1 kit and 5 kit options) are processed in 3-4 business days as kits are packaged individually and on demand.   Please note that Blaze kits can only be shipped via UPS Ground shipping. Selection of another shipping option will result in an order being cancelled in full and refunded.

All orders ship according to the shipping preference selected during checkout.  Not all shipping options are available for all destinations or orders. All shipping times are estimates, and  based on information provided by individual shipping services.

*The timeliness of USPS Media Mail service to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may be affected by the limited availability of transportation.

**USPS Priority Mail delivery is available 7 days a week in most locations. The scheduled delivery date depends on origin, destination, and drop-off time. The expected delivery date is not guaranteed.

***USPS and UPS International expected delivery dates are not guaranteed. Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.

How do I return an item?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.  The item(s) must be unused and in resalable condition.  

Please note:

  • Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
  • A $3.50 restocking fee is charged for each returned item.
  • If you’d like to return an item, you must send an email to support@walkingwithpurpose.com requesting instructions on how to return an item(s) in your order.

Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges for returned items.  Instead, return the unwanted item for a refund according to the above requirements and then make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds are processed when the returned item is accepted back into the fulfillment warehouse and our inventory.

It typically takes 7-10 business days for a refund to appear on a billing statement, but may take up to the next billing cycle. The time varies according to the rules of your credit card provider.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item in my order?

We are very sorry that damaged or defective material was shipped to you.  Please contact support@walkingwithpurpose.com immediately if you receive damaged or defective material.  Include your order number and an explanation of the situation in your email.

Please also provide the following photographs:

  • Photograph of the damaged/defective item,
  • Photograph of the damaged packaging (if applicable), and
  • Photograph of the packing slip included with your shipment.

A replacement item will be shipped out to you as soon as possible.

Military APO/FPO

Orders shipping to Military APO/FPO addresses can only be shipped via USPS shipping options.

Please follow these instructions for entering a Military APO/FPO address to make sure your order arrives to its destination:

Address:
For Army, Navy, and Marines: enter the Unit Number and Box Number
For Ships: enter the Ship Name and Hull Number
For Air Force: enter the PSC number and Box Number

(Optional) Enter optional military command or organization name in the ‘Apt, suite, etc’ Box

City: Enter the APO or FPO

State (select one of the following):
AE - Armed Forces Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Canada
AA - Armed Forces Americas
AP - Armed Forces Pacific

Zip Code: Enter the 5-digit zip code for the military unit (it must start with a 0 or 9)
**Any other zip code in combination with AE, AA, or AP will result in delays or cancellation of your order**

Country: Use the default choice of United States

Important: Do not use special characters or punctuation (including, but not limited to: %, &, ‘, -, ?, !)b

Canadian Customers

We are thrilled to report that we can now ship directly to Canada from our fulfillment warehouse.  Simply select Canada from the country drop down menu in checkout. All duty and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

International Customers

We are thrilled to no longer have restrictions on countries we can ship to.  Simply select your country from the drop down menu in check out. All duty and custom fees are the responsibility of the customer.

IMPORTANT - Please make sure you have verified your shipping address is correct for international shipments in order to prevent delays in delivery by the shipping carrier.

Sales Tax Exempt Organizations

Products in the WWP online store are subject to sales tax at time of purchase. Parishes or individuals who purchase on behalf of a sales tax-exempt organization can request a sales tax refund within 30 days of purchase. Please forward the order confirmation email with a scanned copy of the organization's state sales tax exemption certificate to support@walkingwithpurpose.com. Refunds will be issued following a review and approval of the request. Please note that the review and approval process will take up to 5 business days.

WWP will keep on file a copy of the state sales tax exemption for future orders from the parish, provided the orders are placed by the same individual. If the purchaser changes, we will require that a copy of the state sales tax exemption certificate be re-submitted for review and approval in order for us to comply with varying state requirements.
